Stair Replacement: Installing new stairs in the Fernow Hall Courtyard to ensure safety and accessibility.
Pavements: upgrading asphalt and concrete pavements for durability and visual appeal.
Landscaping and Lighting: Enhancing the exterior aesthetics and functionality with professional landscaping and modern lighting solutions.
